Please check the following steps to solve this issue:

1. Your license is still valid. This will show as a grey button on the splash screen. If your licence has expired, please follow the licensing procedure to upgrade

2. Your NVIDIA driver is up to date. Please ensure you download this from the NVIDIA website and restart the computer after installation. 

3. You are not trying to use RLM licensing service with two different programes at the same time. If another program on the computer uses RLM you may have an RLM service clash. 

    a) Quit the other program using RLM

    b) Open services.msc from the windows start menu

    c) Stop services associated with the clashing program

    d) Restart RLM Service

    e) Launch SmartVis Identifier
