There are two methods for accessing the logs. Providing us with the logs will help us diagnose any problems you might be having with deployment.
If you can access the Identifier program, please go to the settings tab and click on the "Export Logs" button.
If you cannot access the program, please go to the following location to find the logs:
For Windows: Navigate to %APPDATA%\Digital Barriers\SmartVis Identifier to find the .txt log file
Use the command: sudo systemctl status identifier_gui
Otherwise, logs should be available into /home/identifier/.config/Digital\ Barriers/Smartvis\ Identifier/SmartVisFaceLog.txt
