There are two methods for accessing the logs. Providing us with the logs will help us diagnose any problems you might be having with deployment.


If you can access the Identifier program, please go to the settings tab and click on the "Export Logs" button.  Sending this to us 


If you cannot access the program, please go to the following location to find the logs:
